NOVEMBER NEWSLETTER
I can’t believe that November is almost over. The past few months have been nothing short of a whirlwind for me. Not only did I get married –with two ceremonies in one day: one under water and one at sunset — but I also have TWO new book releases, as well as lots of other news to share. So let’s get started!
THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS is out now!
The much-anticipated sequel to CHRISTMAS MIRACLE was released at the end of October. THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS, co-authored once again with New York Times bestselling author, Cecil Murphey, is another holiday book filled with true stories by real people who, through all of the holiday hubbub, shopping, parties, and other distractions, found the true spirit of Christmas. These short stories will not only tug at your heart strings when you read them, but they’ll have you wanting to share the joy with others. The book is already in its THIRD printing and it’s the perfect gift to give to friends, relatives, or anyone in need of some holiday cheer. Click to purchase the hardcover book from Amazon or Barnes and Noble or to download it onto your Nook or Kindle.
CAN’T TOUCH THIS is now available!
For my adult readers, I’m thrilled to let you know that my first digital contemporary romance, CAN’T TOUCH THIS, is available for purchase. Just click here to download the book and start reading. If you don’t have a Nook ereader, download the FREE Nook app here for your PC, Mac, ipad, iphone, or Android. It’s even featured as a “Compelling Read from Authors You Need to Know.” (Eee!) Check it out and download your copy this week for only $2.99. And if you read the book and enjoyed reading it, please go back to Barnes and Noble and leave a review and star rating!
Update on GHOST HUNTRESS: THE JOURNEY
I have been getting tons and tons of e-mails asking me when will Kendall and the rest of the ghost huntresses be back. Fans are very eager to get their hands on book six, THE JOURNEY. Please know that I am working on it during the month of December and hope to have it available online at the beginning of 2012. I appreciate everyone’s excitement! Believe me, I’m anxious to get back to the ghost huntresses’ adventures, as well. I promise, it will be worth the wait.
GHOST HUNTRESS movie?
The latest news that I can share about the possiblity of a GHOST HUNTRESS movie or television show is that Shoulderhill Productions renewed their option on the books and they now have two screen writers on board who have come up with a treatment to begin shopping around. As always, as the author, I don’t have any control over the process or how the movie or television show will be done (note my positive attitude?), but I will continue to keep you posted as I have new information.
RADIATE available on NetGalley

For any librarians, school media specialists, bloggers, or reviews, my April 2012 young adult book, RADIATE, is available on NetGalley for download and review. The feedback so far from readers is VERY positive about the book and I think readers are really going to love it. You can pre-order your copy now from Amazon or Barnes and Noble. Don’t wait!
Fan of the Month
This month’s fan of the month is Christina Naumovski from Ajax, Ontario, Canada. Christina’s mom, Kelli, and I go way back to our days on CompuServe where we became fast friends. I was in Kelli’s wedding and have loved watching Christina grow up. Here she is with copies of my GHOST HUNTRESS books that she found in her school library. Man…I love that smile! Hope you enjoyed the books, Christina, and that you’ll keep reading.
Here Comes the Bride…or Rather, Here Swims the Bride
On Friday, November 11, 2011, at 11:11 a.m., my fiance, Patrick Burns, and I took the plunge…literally! Since we’re both certified SCUBA divers, we decided to exchange wedding vows underwater. So, we chartered a boat, took forty of our closest friends and family out into John Pennekamp State Park, and dived to the Christ of the Abyss statue and exchanged underwater vows. You can watch the ceremony from my point of view (raw, unedited footage) that was shot with my camera mask. Of course, since not everyone could fit on the boat, we had a sunset ceremony later that day, as well. It was breathtakingly gorgeous on the beach and next to the ocean and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day to marry my romance hero.

Until next month, here’s wishing everyone well and keep reading! As always, don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Hugs,
Marley = )
